EnsenaSoft, S.A. de C.V (“EnsenaSoft”) creates many applications including apps for Windows 8, Windows 8 RT, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Google, Amazon, and Nook. It is EnsenaSoft's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our apps or our website at www.ensenasoft.com.
EnsenaSoft may collect statistics about the behavior of people using its applications. For instance, EnsenaSoft may monitor how many times an app is used, how much time is spent in that app, how many games were won or lost and other information about the usage of the application. EnsenaSoft may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, EnsenaSoft does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. We do not collect personally-identifying information in our statistics and the results are generally viewed in aggregate. Collection of these statistics helps us improve our applications and their performance.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

If you are a registered user of an EnsenaSoft website and have supplied your email address, EnsenaSoft may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with EnsenaSoft and our products. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. EnsenaSoft takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
